I have not banked here in a few years, but I did want to write a review of the service I received while I did bank there while stationed in Germany. This bank consistently has exchange rates that will rip off its customers. Best thing to do is to bank with USAA and withdraw euros directly from any German bank ATM and then put the euros into a German bank to pay your landlord. Not sure what kind of check cashing service they provide now, but I once cashed a cashiers check with this bank that (unbeknownst to me) was a fraud. SCU cashed it and showed the funds in my account for two weeks before they realized it was a fraud and I ended up taking out a signature loan to repay the bounced fees. To make a long story short, avoid this bank at all costs.
